For this month’s panel, JP, Sean, and Charles discuss some of the “otaku media” that have consumed and how it has affected their lives in meaningful ways.

I enjoyed the episode. I’m not sure about the new format – it felt a little out of place having a one-on-one interview where Lauren didn’t have a chance to talk about anything else in the episode. I guess I just enjoyed the guests getting to be part of the whole episode. But as you guys said in the blooper reel, it did mean that you ended up on time. In any case, I’ll continue to listen to this excellent podcast!
I sometimes read those LinkedIn emails where they collect articles from around the web and a few months back I did see something on Forbes about cosplay from an “outsider” perspective at how much disposable income they have or whatever. I’ll have to look up Lauren’s articles now!
