12 Days of Otaku Christmas

One of our favorite yearly traditions at Beneath the Tangles is our “12 Days of Christmas Anime” series. In the past, our staff has put together twelve posts about Christmas anime episodes. This year, we’re doing things a little different: we’ve expanded our scope to include not only anime, but also manga, visual novels, JRPGs, and any other Japanese visual media that have something Christmasy to offer.

The result? A more eclectic series of posts than ever.

Join us tomorrow as we start the count toward Christmas Day. Or, if you can’t wait, get in the spirit by browsing posts from past years. We always have fun with this, and we hope you do, too!

PS: The featured image is from the piece I’ll write about on Day 5  Day 2. Can you guess what it’s from?

  1. I only have one question,,,

Is Christmasy a real word? If so, I will be glad to use said word throughout the Christmas season 🙂

    1. Of course it’s a real word! Who do you think you’re talking to here? 😉
… also, I looked it up in the dictionary to make sure it was an accepted word both before I used it and just now. You probably won’t be surprised to learn that Merriam-Webster is one of my more frequently visited non-anime sites. ^_^

      1. Hmmmm….interesting! I learned a new word today 🙂 Mr. Webster must have been having some fun there with that one. And nope, not super surprised that it’s one of your frequented websites haha. Thanks !
