IT’S HERREEEE! Well, almost. On Friday, Evangelion 3.0+1.0, the final films of Hideaki Anno’s Rebuild of Evangelion franchise, premieres stateside on Amazon Prime. Although we don’t get the theatrical release, we are getting a super quick turnaround on this movie, which opened in Japan just a few months ago, and a dub, too, with much of the original cast returning!

To celebrate, we want to watch the movie with you! And we have a couple of ways to do that. The most interactive is through a watch party. You’ll need to join us on two platforms—Facebook, where you’ll be able to watch our man Samuru watching the movie (and can comment as we stream together) and Amazon Prime itself, through which you’ll be able to watch the film. Be sure to subscribe to our FB event so that you’ll get notice on Friday, August 13th at 8 p.m. ET/ 7 p.m. Central when we go live.
