When a manga reminds you of the joy and wonder of a younger protagonist, it is indeed a special one.
Witch Hat Atelier was a manga I hadn’t been super curious about even though I had seen it in bookstores. However, thanks to a recommendation that helped improvise on the lack of magical girl at our local bookstore for the latest manga shopping video, I decided to give this manga a try.
While the cover and art is absolutely stunning, I quickly discovered there is so much more to Witch Hat Atelier and very excited to be sharing some non-spoiler thoughts on our main character Cocoa, the world she lives in, and this super engaging story.
It is one I am officially going to be recommending more often because it is such a fantastic read!

I’ve always loved the magic system in this series and Coco’s enthusiasm is very infectious.
I completely second!! I can’t wait to see where this manga goes! I found my library does have the rest of the series and trying to hurry and read what I do have so I can get caught up!
