While there are far fewer new anime this winter 2022 season than in the fall, there’s no shortage of wonderful openings! So many, in fact, that we couldn’t include many of our favorites, settling on these five awesome OPs:

Personally, I am a fan of the Girls’ Frontline OP. The song is great, and I like the animation, unnecessary ecchi moment aside.
Claire from our staff likes that one, too! I haven’t seen it (or the series) yet, but have been meaning to.
The ED is also good – my overall favourites of the season, both in one show.
Ranking of Kings is the one that I watch every time, the visuals paired with the music is utter GOLD.
It is PERFECT!
The OP for Arifureta season 2 is surprisingly good (and by surprising, I mean it’d better than the anime itself 😀 ).
