For these series of posts, I decided to dig into an old favorite of mine, Clannad After Story. Other than a couple of my favorite episodes in the series (perhaps my favorites of all time in any anime), I hadn’t watched Clannad in years. Episode nine (and episode ten as well – I watched that… Read More The 3rd Day of Christmas Anime: Clannad After Story
A year ago…Murasaki Lynna joined our crew… …and immediately mused about Clannad‘s Yukine Miyazawa… …and later about finding joy in ARIA. In one of these moments, near the episode’s end, Arata says something to the effect that the three… Read More Chihayafuru Episode 03 and Divine Appointments

All through the first anime, I was wondering if she had a back-story, or would get any more depth put into her character. Although Yukine never seemed to me to be the most special or interesting character in Clannad, she was definitely… Read More The Peacemaker: Yukine Miyazawa
