During Easter weekend at Anime Boston, the Anime Anthropologist (Charles Dunbar) presented his panel, “Spirits, Wheels, and Borrowed Gods: Religion in Anime.” Dunbar is a noted academic when it comes to anime and religion, and he’s widely known in the anime community for his work. At the Anime Boston blog, Mike Fenn gave a short summary of and reflections on the panel.
I’ve known of the Anime Anthropologist almost since the time I started blogging and hope that one day I’ll be able to attend one of his panels, as well!
