Probably Porco Rosso by Studio Ghibli?
I thought it was that one….but I’m not sure. You mentioned it was one about LGBT community that helped you see that community in a different light? I’d be interested in checking it out for that very reason, though I’m not sure if it is that Ghibli movie? I never saw it.
