  1. People will laugh at me, but I really enjoyed Bakuon. The show with the girls on motorcycles. I’m a big fan a moe anime girls doing not so moe things, like Girls Und Panzer and K-on, so Bakuon caught my interest. 6/10 for me, but not all that bad.

    1. I think I saw a CM for Bakuon at some point, but for some reason I never came back to it! This is the first season where I feel like I’ve actually pruned down the shows to only those that I’ve thoroughly and consistently enjoyed, so I’m a bit bummed that I missed Bakuon entirely, and missed the opportunity to judge it for myself! With only having rated it a 6/10, do you think it would be worth my time, or should I just spend that time watching some classics?

  2. My first comment! Anyway, I’m really enjoying the Tanglecast series. Interesting content and nice professional presentation (I particularly like the post banners; they are well chosen and presented).

However, I do have one thought on the show in general. I don’t know if it would be practical, but as someone who isn’t really familiar with non-mainstream anime and doesn’t speak Japanese, it would be kind of nice for a list of mentioned shows to be added to each post. I realise you add tags for the main shows you discuss, but then, for instance, Jack at 3:50 mentions a show which I can’t seem to find, and which from the sound of it, might be good.

Regarding this episode’s topic, I’ve enjoyed Boku No Hero Academia a fair bit. Its actually the first currently airing series I’ve ever watched since I’m sort of new to anime series. I’m a few episodes behind at the moment, but its been pretty decent imo.
