I would be remiss if Ghibli Month on Beneath the Tangles went by without us doing a post specifically about fan art! There are a lot of wonderful pieces out there created by the fabulous community of artists who enjoy Ghibli films, but perhaps none as lovely (to me at least) as these pieces by one of my favorite artists, ハラダミユキ, who specializes in doing silhouette-style illustrations. His work is not exclusive to anime—please check out his Pixiv accounts!
A really cool thing about the tiled mosiac below, by the way, is that you can click on any of the illustrations and it’ll enlarge for your viewing; you’ll also see a caption with a URL directly to the page containing that illustration, if you want to visit.
