Bursting onto the voiceover scene during just the past couple of years, Risa Mei has already voiced some of anime and gaming’s favorite recent roles, including Sangonomiya Kokomi (Genshin Impact) and Igarashi Futaba (My Senpai is Annoying). I’m was excited to chat with her over Zoom as we spoke about these characters and others, her trailblazing path to success, and going to her first convention as a guest after years of attending as a cosplayer!
