Over the past couple of years, I’ve taken my passion for fanart and turned it into Fanart Friday, where we feature lovely works from amazing artists (always by permission). I’m glad many of you enjoy and look forward to these posts, but I’d love for you to be involved even further. Today, I’m throwing it to you, dear readers, to suggest themes for Fanart Friday!
You might be asking, “Why themes instead of characters or series?” I’ve long been interested in posting artwork from multiple artists tied together by a theme. I think this has the potential to be a lot of fun and an exercise in creativity for all of us. For instance, I could post art under the themes of “girls with guitars,” “kawaii sci-fi,” or “isekai villains.”
The possibilities are limitless!
So please, recommend a theme or two in the comments! I’ll take them into consideration and post accordingly in the coming weeks.
