Today is the final day of our weeklong week of thankfulness. Thank you for joining us this week as we try to pivot toward being grateful to God and for those he’s put in our lives!
For our final day, we look toward a phrase that’s generally received negatively: “social media.” And though there are so many ways that these platforms can be harmful, we want to be grateful for the good we’re seeing in the communities developing around them and for the people on our team who run our accounts:
Dear Lord, thank you for the communities on our social media platforms. Despite all the problems that arise through and because of them, we’re grateful in knowing that you do good things even in challenging spaces. We’re thankful that we can speak your truth into the audiences on our social media platforms. Thank you for the staff that spend their time and energy developing content for our various accounts—we’re so glad for their service to you and the ministry!
And that’s a wrap! Of course, we hope you’ll continue to live a life of gratefulness even after this Thanksgiving week ends.
