What makes Haikyuu!! such a special series, more than just another sports anime? Caitlin Glass, ADR director for Funimation (Fruits Basket, Radiant) and voice actress (Winry, Fullmetal Alchemist), dives into just why that’s the case with our extended, final Zoom session covering season one of the series. Caitlin previously discussed her preference for language choice in this series and her initial thoughts about it, but now covers the entire season with me. To do that, she took questions from her followers—some fun and others particularly thoughtful.

Thanks for this series, Caitlin, Twwk. I’ve watched some of this series as well. I’ve approved of it’s quality but its sports nature makes it hard to hit home with me, but it’s great to see other people having a good time with it.
